André Perry
Executive Vice President & COO
After graduating from The University of Utah, Andre returned to Atlanta and started his career with C&S Bank, where he went through the management training program in rotational roles through a division of the credit department. In 1990, Andre joined Advance Financial in a business development role and for the last thirty years, progressed in roles of increasing responsibility. He is currently the COO and is responsible for all areas of the company.
Andre was born in Brasil where he lived until age eight. He and his family moved to Atlanta when he was nine and Atlanta has been his home ever since. He currently lives in Johns Creek with his wife, Catheryn, where they raised their family.
Mitch Kim
Head of Business Development
Mitch Kim manages the originations and new business efforts for Advance Financial. He started his career with Norwest Bank in 1996, then moved on to NationsBank Commercial Finance in 1998, which later became Bank of America Commercial Finance. In 2002, Mitch started his career with Advance Financial as a Business Development Officer and is now responsible for sales and marketing.
Mitch has a BBA in finance from Mercer University and lives in Cumming, Georgia with his beautiful wife and his two awesome daughters. Mitch is a scratch golfer and he can often be found on a golf course when he’s not coaching his daughters’ sports activities.
Steve Otto
Controller & CFO
Steve joined Advance Financial in 1997 as the assistant controller and is now CFO/Controller overseeing all accounting responsibilities, as well as human resources. Steve is a senior member of the credit committee, manages day to day bank relations, and assists in client audits.
A lifelong Georgia resident, Steve graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University and then earned an MBA in Finance. He lives in Marietta with his wife and son, a student at the University of Georgia.
Tony Graham
CIO
Tony is the Chief Information Officer for Advance Financial and began his career there in 1996. Tony oversees Advance Financial's network environment and computing resources. Tony graduated from the University of Missouri and also attended Georgia State University for his post graduate studies
Stan Smith
Vice President of Credit
Stan started in the commercial finance industry in Los Angeles in 1988 as an Assistant Account Executive. He moved on to be an Auditor, then Senior Auditor before joining Advance Financial in 1996 as an Account Executive. Stan is currently involved in underwriting, auditing, and portfolio management.
Stan graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a B.A. in Finance. Stan's hobbies include hiking, golfing, and driving his Lotus on race tracks.
Cindy Terry
Sr. Account Executive & Assistant Treasurer
Cindy began her career in the retail industry and remained there for 10 years. For the last 34 years, Cindy has worked in the Commercial Finance industry, when she joined Advance Financial in 1986.
She graduated from Thomas Area Technical School in Thomasville Georgia. Cindy is a single parent and has one daughter, a son-in-law and two beautiful grandchildren. She loves playing with the grandkids, going to the beach and watching college football.
Amanda Gajewski
Sr. Account Executive
Amanda Gajewski is a Senior Account Executive and manages a portfolio of clients for Advance Financial. Amanda has been in the banking/commercial finance industry for over 30 years. It all began with working in the branches with C&S to Commercial Finance with Bank of America and finally joining Advance Financial in 2003.
Amanda is married and has three adult daughters. Amanda and her husband live in the North Georgia mountains and enjoy all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer.
Mary Warren
Account Executive
Mary Warren is an Account Executives and manages a portfolio of clients for Advance Financial. Over the past 30 years, she has worked in accounting and finance within commercial real estate, manufacturing, and construction.
Mary graduated from Auburn University with a BSBA degree majoring in Finance. Mary is married with four children. She and her husband enjoy hiking, tennis, and volunteering.
April Barnett
Data Entry Specialist
April Barnett is a part of the Data Entry Department at Advance Financial. She began her career with Advance Financial in 2004, after leaving a similar post at SunTrust Bank.
April is an active volunteer with Hands on Atlanta, and a Proud Mom of a son attending Georgia State and an active son attending high school.
Latoya Andrews
Data Entry Specialist
LaToya Andrews is a data entry specialist for Advance Financial. She has worked in the finance industry for over 18 years and joined Advance Financial in 2004. Prior to Advance Financial, she worked for Wells Fargo as a lockbox associate.
LaToya is a mother to an adult son. She enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling and spending time with her family.
